TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WINK+ TICKET GIVEAWAY

1)    EVENT:

a)    The “WINK+ TICKET GIVEAWAY” event (“the game”, “the event”, or “the campaign”), is organised by Stellar Ace Pte. Ltd. (“Stellar Ace”). The event commences on 7 July 2026 and closes on 10 July 2026, 12pm or earlier if the ticket is fully redeemed at an earlier date.

b)    There is no participation fee for joining the event. The participant(s) (“Participant(s)”) agrees that any costs incurred while participating in the event is solely to be borne by the Participant.

c)     Communications in relation to the event will only be distributed through Stellar Ace’s official communication channels. Stellar Ace retains the discretion to disqualify any Participant without any prior notice from the event if the Participant is found to be monetising the in-game items as distributed through Stellar Ace’s official communication channels, including within the game.

d)    By participating in the event, the Participant warrants and represents that the Participant has attained the age of 18 years and agrees to all terms in these Terms and Conditions (“the T&Cs”) or, if under the age of 18 years, has the Participant’s parent or legal guardian’s consent to enter the event and agreement to all terms in the T&Cs.

e)     By participating in the event, the Participant agrees to conduct himself or herself in an appropriate manner throughout the event and agrees not to obstruct, injure, or otherwise harass fellow Participants and Stellar Ace’s employees.

f)     By participating in the event, the Participant agrees to strictly abide by and comply with the safety instructions as issued by Stellar Ace. The Participant agrees that, apart from the safety instructions issued by Stellar Ace, the Participant will take reasonable precautions and safety measures while participating in the event.

2)    ELIGIBILITY:

a)    The Participant must have a place of residence in Singapore.

b)    The Participant must not be (i) an existing employee of Stellar Ace or each of their Affiliates or contractors, who has been directly involved in the conceptualisation, development and execution of WINK+ Ticket Giveaway, (“such person”) or (ii) an immediate family member of such person. “Affiliate(s)” means an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control of a party.

3)    LICENCE:

a)    Each Participant agrees to grant Stellar Ace a perpetual (regardless of whether WINK+ Ticket Giveaway has ended, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and freely transferable licence to publish, promote, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of and/or otherwise distribute the Participant's works, such as but not limited to Instagram Stories, Telegram stickers, for the promotion and publicity of Stellar Ace; in any manner, format, or media known or later devised, in perpetuity, including and without limitation to online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

b)    Each Participant also agrees to grant Stellar Ace the right to sublicense the rights licensed above.

c)     For the avoidance of doubt, Stellar Ace expressly reserves the right to adapt, edit, or modify the above-mentioned works for any promotional or marketing purposes of Stellar Ace.

d)    The Participant warrants that the materials, achievements or works provided by him/her in this event are independently created, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not infringe any copyright or other rights of any third party. Should there be any violation, the Participant shall be responsible for resolving and indemnifying Stellar Ace for any and all damages and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and litigation costs) incurred to Stellar Ace.

4)    RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY:

a)    Giveaway

               i)          

             ii)         Participants who successfully submit the giveaway Microsoft Form and have a completed WINK+ profile containing valid Name, Email Address, WINK ID, Mobile Number, Gender, and Date of Birth will be eligible to receive one (1) pair of Singapore Garden Festival tickets, while stocks last.

           iii)         The giveaway will run from 7 July 2026 to 10 July 2026, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time), or until all available tickets have been fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier.

            iv)         Eligible participants will be notified via their registered email address within two (2) business days from the date of form submission. Stellar Ace reserves the right to verify participant eligibility prior to issuing the ticket redemption details.

             v)         A total of 50 pairs of Singapore Garden Festival tickets are available for this giveaway.

            vi)         Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry and may only receive one (1) pair of tickets throughout the campaign period. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.

          vii)         Tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to verification and ticket availability.

        viii)         Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other products and services.

            ix)         Stellar Ace reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the eligibility requirements or where participant information is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid.

             x)         By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their submitted information for the purposes of campaign administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, and ticket fulfilment.

            xi)         Stellar Ace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary.

          xii)         In the event of any dispute relating to this giveaway, the decision of Stellar Ace shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

b)    General

                   i)      Stellar Ace has the right to remove entries, disqualify winners and forfeit the Prizes if:

(a)   Stellar Ace is unable to contact the winner

(b)  The winner does not respond to Stellar Ace or notifies Stellar Ace that he/she does not wish to claim the prize

(c)   The winner does not agree to abide by and be bound by the T&Cs set in the Winner’s Agreement for Prize redemption

(d)  The winner has committed any act of fraud or dishonesty, or has misrepresented anything in connection with the Check-ins or Lucky Draw.

ii)    If a winner is disqualified, Stellar Ace may in its discretion pick another winner to replace the disqualified prize winner or donate the prize in question.

c)     General

                        i)         Stellar Ace may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prize with another of similar value.

                      ii)         Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes for cash or other goods and services. Stellar Ace will not entertain any request for the exchange of prizes.

5)    DATA PRIVACY, COLLECTION, USAGE, AND DISCLOSURE:

a)    By participating in the event, the Participant expressly consents to Stellar Ace's processing, collection, usage and disclosure of his or her personal data for purposes of Participant identification, verification, validation, Prize fulfilment, contacting the Participant, diagnostic testing, fraud prevention measures, liaison and marketing[NG2] . Personal data is defined as the Participant's name, photo portrait, email address, address, mobile phone number, year of birth, and any other personal information that the Participant provides to Stellar Ace.

b)    By participating in the event, the Participant expressly authorises and consents to Stellar Ace's usage of the Participant’s name, email address, year of birth, and mobile phone number for the specific purpose of referencing to its database to determine the Participant’s identity and eligibility.

c)     The Participant hereby grants his or her consent to Stellar Ace to use his or her personal data provided for verification, contact, liaison, and/or marketing [NG3] purposes in connection with any of Stellar Ace’s programmes, outreach, initiatives, and/or activities.

d)    The Participant understands that the personal data will be processed by Stellar Ace and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees and any other person expressly authorised to process the personal data.

7)    LIABILITIES:

All Participants in the event agree that Stellar Ace and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees shall not be liable in any way for any and all claims by any Participant or third party, and agree to indemnify Stellar Ace and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees against any and all claims made against Stellar Ace and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees, including but not limited to:

a)    Slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent, infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and damages arising from or in any other way related to their participation in the event;

b)    All injuries, losses or damages to property or person of any kind, including death, claims, actions, proceedings and other liability arising out of or caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in the event;

c)     Any loss, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries; and

d)    Any losses, costs, expenses, fees or damages incurred by a third party arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s involvement in the event or any activity related thereto, including without limitation, any breakdown or malfunction of any computer system or equipment.

8)    WARRANTIES AND SEVERABILITY:

a)    Stellar Ace make no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, that the event will be error-free and/or uninterrupted, and/or that the content or any functions associated with the event’s website, Stellar Ace’s official website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the event’s website, Stellar Ace’s official website is free of any viruses and/or other harmful elements.

b)    Stellar Ace make no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace’swebsites or social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.

c)     Stellar Acedo not warrant that any clarifications or any other communication given with reference or in relation to the event will be error-free and/or uninterrupted.

d)    Stellar Ace do not warrant that their safety regulations are the only safety guidelines that the Participants have to abide by.

e)    Stellar Ace make no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace’s official websites or its social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.

f)     If any term or provision of the T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such term or provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the T&Cs and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect. Stellar Ace’s failure to enforce at any time the provisions of the T&Cs or any rights in respect thereto shall in no way be considered to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or elections or in any way affect the validity of the T&Cs.

9)      NOTICE:

a)    The decision of Stellar Ace on all matters pertaining to the event (including any dispute arising from gameplay, or any information transmitted by Stellar Ace in relation to the event, or interpretation of the T&Cs) is final and binding on all parties.

b)    The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that all electronic communications made pursuant to the participation in the event shall be given legal effect, validity, and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document.

10)   GENERAL PROVISIONS:

a)    Stellar Ace reserve the right to amend the T&Cs without prior/further notice. The revised T&Cs shall apply to the event from the date of publication of the revised T&Cs on the event website, and the Participant hereby waives any right that the Participant may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the T&Cs.

b)    Stellar Ace reserve the right at their sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the event or shorten or extend the duration of the event and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the T&Cs, without any liability or prior/further notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant.

c)     Stellar Ace shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with the T&Cs due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, extremely severe weather, fire, subsidence, riots, outbreak of military hostilities (whether or not war is declared), expropriation by governmental authorities, act of terrorism, earthquake, flood, embargo, sabotage, explosion, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, COVID-19 restrictions, governmental or regulator act, strike (including that of its own employees and/or contractors), civil commotion, failure of third parties (including Vendors), change or issuance of new applicable laws.

d)    In all circumstances, Stellar Ace’sdecisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the event, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. The Participant agrees and undertakes to be bound by the aforesaid decisions.

e)     The T&Cs shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Stellar Aceand the Participant on the other.

f)     In the event of any inconsistency between the T&Cs and any brochure, marketing, promotional material, FAQs or any other terms and conditions relating to the event, the T&Cs shall prevail.

11)   GOVERNING LAW:

The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to the T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
